Celebrating One Year of Practical Faith Living!!

Exploding Fireworks

Dear Readers,

One year ago today, I finally took a giant leap of faith and obeyed God's call to ministry. I cannot begin to describe to you the range of emotions—the fluctuations between fear and trepidation, doubt and faith, apprehension and excitement, uncertainty and wonderment as I stepped into the unknown and launched Practical Faith Living.

I faced difficult choices, but I knew that continued resistance was not one of them. Neither was giving up, although I had so much to learn, so much to figure out (still do!)

I know that only by the incredible hand of God, and by your loyalty and support that I am still here one year and 378 blog posts later! Thank You for all the prayers, the notes, the messages, and other gestures of encouragement (so many of them came at major points of struggle). And thank You for circulating and sharing the website and the blog posts.

I pray that you have been blessed, encouraged, strengthened, and uplifted by the content, and that you continue to be a part of the Practical Faith Living Community!

The site continues to evolve, and even this week, a few more format changes have been made in response to search engine optimization (SEO) needs. I will explain more later in my weekly email, but the most straightforward way to explain it is that a few tweaks were needed for important website administration!

I have opened up the comments on this anniversary post, and I invite you to share your comments and feedback with me.

Thanks again for participating in the Practical Faith Living Community. I truly appreciate you. Please join me in celebrating one year of Practical Faith Living, and in giving all the glory to God for the journey thus far!

Happy July 4th to everyone, everywhere, and warm Independence Day wishes to my US readers!
